Mililani Makahiki Tournament 2019
The Makahiki Tournament will be held this year in November the weekend before Thanksgiving Holidays. The Makahiki Season marks the beginning of a new Hawaiian year and the time to plant new crops. The Pleiades constellation rising and our Sun setting marks the beginning of this season. The dates for the Makahiki this year are: Nov 23, 24, Saturday – Sunday. The tournament will be held at the Maka'unulau Park known to most of us as 16-acres in Mililani. The directions to the park can be found in the field section of this website. Field Layout
This year the Makahiki will be a two day sportsmanship only tournament. All participating teams will have three games scheduled meaning that one of the days will have a double header set of games. The double header will be scheduled with a rest period of one game between.
